Decline with Ease

The great part about getting older?

There’s no insatiable thirst for grandeur, and you don’t live for the grind (or at least you don’t want to). Instead, you find yourself gravitating towards peace and comfort.

You move along to your own beat with a confident stride.

You value your time.
You protect your space.
You save your energy.

You treat this one precious life with care.

You say No to:

  • Things/Situations/People that drain;
  • Obligations that are really not yours to begin with; and
  • Forcing yourself to fit into spaces that—or get together with people who— you don’t really care for.

Because No is active act of grace
to oneself
and to others.

No means:

  • Having space for something better.
  • Choosing balance and alignment.
  • Knowing and trusting your value and values.

Saying No doesn’t always mean closing a door or shutting down an opportunity.

But it can leave you open to say Yes to more things that bring joy and make you feel alive.
